Truffes au chocolat d'Irène

Melt 250 gramms of good dark chocolate with 40 gramms butter and 3 tablespoons cream. Add 25 gramms powder sugar and 1/4 glass cognac. Mix well, let cool, chill, roll and cover with pure cocoa powder.
